Unless you eat dark, leafy greens daily, you are probably magnesium deficient. We need magnesium for our bodies to work properly and not having it can lead to a host of issues from heart disease to restless leg syndrome to anxiety and lack of sleep. 

 

Suggested Use:

  • Application:

    • Shake well before each use.

    • Spray 4-5 times onto clean skin, focusing on areas such as the legs, arms, and abdomen.

    • Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed.

    • If a tingling feeling persists, it usually means you are deficient. This is normal.

  • For Stress Reduction:

    • Spray on the shoulders, neck, and back to help reduce stress and encourage relaxation.

    • Use in the evening to support a restful night's sleep.

  • Best used within 12 months of opening.
